Action shot! He does a lot of running lately.

Not so much running that he's worn out by the time we get home, but...well at least he's getting excerise. And so is Mama.........so is Mama.

I didn't know this was being taken, and I just love it. It was a wonderful fall day, perfect for walking and cuddling and doing both at the same time.

Arrrrrghhhhhhhh matey!
Spencer spent a good portion of Halloween spouting the above statement, as well as " Har the starboard matey, now I can sail the seven seas!" It was quite fun and he has worn the costume since. It amazed me how quickly this boy, who seldom prefers clothing period, got into this costume. I believe it had to do with the realization that costume = treats. Which he got plenty of. And mama and daddy enjoyed.(AHEM...i mean common, he's two...right?)
Now we have moved on to the season at hand, Spencer already mistified with Christmas trees and the allure of Santa.

His note ( his first note that is ) to Santa read as follows
Dear Santa Claus,

Santa Claus!!! Bring the monster trucks out, PLEASE.

( and after I reminded him that a note marking his stellar preformance as a good boy might aid in recieving said trucks he added, or I added, you get the picture, he's brilliant but he's not a scribe yet..)
I have been a really, really REALLY good boy.

and he has.
