THIS is a foreman I want to work for !! These trucks are about as large as he is and as of yet they are mostly transporting vehicles for various " friends", predomaintly, Dory. If you have seen Finding Nemo you know of whom I speak. When Spencer first watched this movie, he was obsessed with it. This passion took place over the summer. After a short while it waned, and recently has come back, full fevor. The constant question is " What's Dory doin?" this is only sometimes inquired about when Dory is out of plain eyesight. A bit unerving shall we say, but in the end cute. But back to the trucks, they were amoung many automobiles aquired this Christmas season, and from Spencer and his parental units, a very big thank you to all of Santa's helpers in North Carolina and Kansas. NOW. If you only will come see him play with them !!( the new car game is "Comin Up Next!" which is comprised of lining up cars/trucks and then sailing them across the room screeching the title of the game. "Stuff the Car in the Couch" is the second favorite, to be followed by "Let's Go on an Hour Long Search for the Car", which is only played by mama and daddy. You can play these games with such spencer titled cars as "The Blueberry Go-Go" car, "Cruella" ( a car that looks like Cruella DeVil's car in 101 Dalmations ) and any of the many "Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!" emergency vehicles. When not in the mood to play w/ an emergency car, you can always play with the "Hoopty" car ( mama helped a bit naming that one, although ironically the car is a Mercdes, one that has seen better days of course) and when opting to ride uptown you can take the "Ooh la-la" car, an all gold convertabile( seats and everything!). Very posh. There are also a various race cars, hot rods, and of course monster trucks to choose from, the names of all allude me at the moment.
Yeesh that's a lot about his cars. But he is all about cars right now. They even enter the castle, a historical anacranism his mama cringes everytime she sees. But then again, the first thing the queen wanted to do was her laundry. ( it has steps, our washing machine/dryer is downstairs, I get it, but REALLY the king should have to do his own laundry and even more so, royalty would never stoop so low....I guess I'll just have to hunt for the serf action figure set. geesh.
I guess that's what you get when you have a daddy whose a history major, mama a history minor.
Well, that's about all for now, oh he is rather happy to be in school and gets praised every visit for his elaborate vocabulary. He's brilliant. But you already know that.
Hoping that you are smiling as big as our foreman is,
jen
